Transportation Information

Coming by car:

Coming by public transport:

A four days public transport ticket is included in your registration fee. Most hotels are located in the center of Leuven where essentially everything is walking distance. We recommend taking the direct bus line 43 from the bus station to the Leuven Gasthuisberg Campus bus stop. The actual congress venue is within a minute walk from there.

Quite a number of bus lines stop at the Leuven Gasthuisberg Kliniek (hospital) bus stop from the main station. The congress venue however is not on this hospital side but on the northeast end of the campus. The hospital stop is certainly a good alternative but requires a 9 minutes walk to the congress location (650 meters). When at that stop, looking toward the hospital, walk around the right side perimeter of the campus to reach the venue.

By bus it takes about 20 minutes to get to the venue.

From Brussels Zaventem Airport to Leuven:

Three direct trains per hour depart from Brussels Airport to Leuven train station. The journey takes about 13 minutes. From Brussels train stations (South and Central), direct trains take about 30 minutes to arrive in Leuven.
