Registration

You can register for access to all 64 congress sessions on demand, as well as all 95 abstract presentations.

The sessions are available in the congress app (search for "UEMS Congress 2026" in your app store) and can be viewed until 31 July 2026.

Your online attendance will be monitored and EACCME certificates will be issued once you have completed the EACCME feedback form, which is also available in the congress app. Certificates will be sent in August 2026.

The cost for a virtual registration (fee for on-demand access to the recorded scientific sessions of the UEMS Congress) is €225. VAT applies*. Please take note that due to the complicated VAT regulations for online content, your registration will be quoted as zero. Depending on your situation, you will receive an invoice for the 225 EUR subject to the VAT percentage that would apply. 

Once you have registered and completed payment, please allow one working day for your details to be added to the app and for access to be activated.

* VAT 

Business to Business: where the customer is a taxable person or organisation and provides a valid VAT number, the service is taxable in the customer's country.

• Belgian customers: Belgian VAT applies.
• Customers established in another EU Member State with a valid VAT number: invoice issued without VAT under the reverse charge mechanism.
• Customers established outside the EU: generally outside the scope of Belgian VAT.

Business to Consumer (private Individuals): virtual participation is taxable in the country where the customer is established or resides. Therefore, the VAT rate applicable to the participant's country must be charged.

Examples:

• Participant residing in Belgium: Belgian VAT (21%)
• Participant residing in Germany: German VAT (currently 19%)
• Participant residing in France: French VAT (currently 20%)

​Thus, for virtual registrations, the VAT treatment will depend on the status and location of the participant.
